Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items — including hand-tooled saddles built to your specifications — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
